Melbourne, Australia, 18 September 2018:

PayAsia included in Gartner’s latest Market Guide for Multicountry Payroll Solutions

PayAsia, a subsidiary of ASX-listed PayGroup (ASX:PYG), a trusted provider of Multi-Country Payroll and Human Resource Outsourcing Solutions is pleased to announce it has been included in Gartner’s recently released Market Guide for Multicountry Payroll Solutions (May 2018).

The guide urges enterprises to aggregate and consolidate their HR and payroll systems by outsourcing to suitable vendors, one of which is PayAsia.

Mark Samlal, Managing Director of PayAsia, said inclusion in this year’s report reflects the Company’s strong industry position, providing payroll for more than 31,000 employees in the region.

“Asia-Pacific is one of the most complex markets for multinational companies to operate in. Our aim and passion will always be to simplify this complexity by providing our clients with a consolidated view of their workforce. We bring regulatory expertise and world-class service to all the countries where we operate, so receiving recognition for this further reinforces the quality of our services and software” Mr Samlal said.

The report went further to recommend multinational enterprises should:
  • Modernise payroll by incorporating it into wider HR transformation initiatives. Failure to do so will increase the risk for this mission-critical function.
  • Aggregate and consolidate global payroll solutions and data to improve reporting, auditing and planning capabilities. This will enable easier vendor maintenance, integration between payroll and other HR/HCM/finance applications, and improve internal payroll operations efficiency.

It was also predicted in the report, “by 2022, 40% of global mid-market and large enterprises will have invested in a strategy to unify multicountry payroll using no more than three separate vendors.”

Gartner is the world-leading research and advisory firm providing IT insight for industry and business leaders.

PayAsia was formed in 2006 to fill an identified gap in the Asia-Pacific Payroll market, initially focused on serving small to medium size enterprises, it quickly expanded its offering. While growth has been significant, the Company philosophy remains the same – to help their clients grow through process and technologically driven regional solutions, so they can remain focused on their core business.

PayAsia is a leader in international payroll and HR outsourcing in Asia-Pacific, servicing clients across 18 countries.
